No one has given me results like Lilly Sabri.. I have never seen my body this lean or trim before.. and was looking for something like this! I have been a fan of Lilly’s programs since before the app. With the app she has stepped up by adding more variety to her workouts. The workouts vary from body part focused to whole body. She has also added Amy to the team bringing with her killer hiit routines and different approaches to exercise and stretching. The pair keep it challenging and interesting

So first I do really like this app, but I don’t know that it would be for everyone. I have been doing yoga, Pilates, and barre workouts at least 3-4 times a week for about 10 years and am pretty fit for reference. I don’t feel that it is for true beginners. There are modifications for most of the exercises I just still feel like they’re pretty intense.
